Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President JP Nadda targeted the INDIA bloc on Saturday, accusing its constituent parties of increasing corruption and empowering anti-national elements. In contrast, Nadda highlighted the BJP and NDA's work toward the nation's betterment. He spoke during the BJP's national membership drive program 2024 in Patna.

Nadda began his speech by paying tribute to Guru Gobind Singh, acknowledging his role in fighting against the Mughals. Launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 2, the BJP's "Sadasyata Abhiyan" membership drive aims to enlist new members. Nadda emphasized that the BJP is unique in renewing memberships every six years, a process involving all party workers from the National President to district and booth-level workers. He contrasted this with other parties, which he claimed are divided along lines of caste, region, and specific communities.

The BJP leader stated that the party represents every section of society, working inclusively for national welfare. Nadda noted that the BJP already has 18 crore members, and targets to add 10 crore more. He highlighted the BJP's dedication to marginalized communities, contrasting it with Congress's historical neglect. Nadda underscored BJP's efforts to uplift Dalits, and the party's celebration of Dr. BR Ambedkar's legacy under the Modi-led government. Emphasizing BJP's inclusive approach, he also discussed the party's implementation of various central schemes benefiting Dalits.
