WestBridge Capital, a prominent private equity firm, has divested a 1.5% stake in AU Small Finance Bank through open market transactions for Rs 736 crore, according to bulk deal data on the BSE.

WestBridge Capital's affiliate, WestBridge AIF I, sold 1,08,95,517 shares at an average price of Rs 676.06 each. Post-transaction, AU Small Finance Bank's shares dropped by 0.96% to Rs 674.45.

In a separate deal, DKL Broking & Infra LLP and Credible Nivesh Ltd offloaded a combined 2.8% stake in realty firm Signature Global for Rs 575 crore, with shares priced between Rs 1,432.20 and Rs 1,444.27 each.
