Power Outage Hits Rotterdam Port But Exxon Mobil's Refinery Stays Unaffected

Exxon Mobil confirmed on Tuesday that its 190,000-barrels-per-day Rotterdam refinery remained unaffected by a widespread power outage in the Rotterdam port area.
The power outage struck the port area in the Netherlands, lasting several hours. Electricity grid operator TenneT reported that the issue was fixed shortly after 1000 GMT.
Despite the disruption caused by the outage, operations at the refinery continued smoothly, according to Exxon Mobil.
