Controversy Erupts Over Ukrenergo Chief's Dismissal

Two members of the supervisory board of Ukraine's power grid operator, Ukrenergo, said on Tuesday that the decision to dismiss its chief, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, was 'politically motivated.'
'The decision to dismiss the head without proof of improper management is unacceptable and may affect the further cooperation of Ukrenergo with operators - members of ENTSO-E,' read the statement from the board's head and another member, published on Ukrenergo's Telegram channel.
