Odisha Launches 'Subhadra Yojana' Portal for Women's Welfare
Odisha's government has launched a web portal for its 'Subhadra Yojana,' a flagship initiative for women's welfare. Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida announced that the portal will offer official information about eligibility, application processes, and grievance redressal. The scheme, with an outlay of Rs 55,825 crore, will run from 2024-25 to 2028-29.

The Odisha government has unveiled a web portal for its 'Subhadra Yojana,' aimed at women's welfare ahead of its formal launch.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, also in charge of the Women & Child Development Department, introduced the portal.
'The information available on the web portal is official and authentic,' Parida told reporters. She stated that the portal includes details on eligibility criteria, application processes, and grievance redressal. Women can register for the scheme for free starting from September 4. Running from 2024-25 to 2028-29, the Rs 55,825 crore scheme will provide beneficiaries with Rs 10,000 annually in two installments, with the first disbursement on September 17.
