Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini attended a Jan Ashirwad rally held in Jind on Sunday. He used the platform to spotlight numerous schemes and decisions aimed at state welfare. Among the notable declarations was the issuance of tubewell connections to all farmers applying until 2023.

Furthermore, Chief Minister Saini announced an increment in the annual income limit for the OBC creamy layer from Rs 6 lakhs to Rs 8 lakhs, effective June 29. He stressed that this adjustment would not consider salary and agricultural income.

The rally featured additional revelations, such as pension benefits for over 75,000 residents and an 8 percent salary hike for government workers with over five years of service. Saini also discussed new allocations of Rs 21 lakhs for village development projects and an MoU with Medanta to establish a Rs 100 crore animal hospital in Gurugram.

Additionally, the Chief Minister promised the construction of 4,000 new schools, enhanced benefits for sanitation workers, and a 10 percent job reservation for Agniveers in the state.
