Bank of Maharashtra Opens Branch in Supreme Court Premises
The Bank of Maharashtra has inaugurated a new branch within the Supreme Court of India to cater to the financial requirements of the court and its associates. The branch, inaugurated by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud, features internet-enabled kiosks, 24/7 locker facilities, and tech-enabled solutions for efficient financial management.

In a significant move, the Bank of Maharashtra opened a branch within the Supreme Court of India premises on Thursday, aiming to cater to the financial needs of the court and its constituents.
The inauguration ceremony was led by Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud, alongside other Supreme Court judges. Financial Services Secretary M Nagaraju expressed satisfaction with the initiative, highlighting its future potential.
Bank of Maharashtra MD & CEO Nidhu Saxena pointed out the availability of internet-enabled interactive devices and multi-function kiosks that allow clients to perform multiple transactions without staff assistance, available 24/7. Additionally, the branch has introduced tech-enabled solutions for hassle-free financial management and instant access to MIS reports.
