Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has announced heightened excitement for the upcoming Regional Industry Conclave in Gwalior, slated for August 28. He expressed confidence that significant decisions benefiting the entire Gwalior-Chambal division would be made during the event.

'Regional Industry Conclave is going to be held here the day after tomorrow (on August 28). CM Mohan Yadav visited Gwalior regarding the conclave, and we had a conference meeting over Zoom call. There is a lot of excitement, and I am sure that some good decisions will be made on that day for the entire Gwalior-Chambal division. There will also be some good announcements for the division. There are a lot of possibilities in our division,' Scindia told reporters.

Scindia highlighted the Gwalior-Chambal division's significant potential, crowning it as a counter magnet to Delhi. He emphasized opportunities not only in the industrial and manufacturing sectors but also in IT, agriculture, and tourism. 'I believe that this Regional Industry Conclave will lead us to achieve those targets at a fast pace under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav,' he added.

The Regional Industry Conclaves serve as pre-events to the 'Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investor Summit-2025', scheduled for February 7 and 8 in Bhopal. The GIS-2025 aims to position Madhya Pradesh as a prime investment destination by showcasing the state's capabilities and favorable industrial climate.

The inaugural Regional Industry Conclave took place in Ujjain on March 1 and 2, followed by another in Jabalpur on July 20. Additionally, interactive sessions on investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh have been conducted outside the state, framing the path for GIS-2025.
