Bijapur Youths Meet Union Home Minister in Raipur, Explore City Landmarks

A group of 31 youths from five villages near Palnar Camp in Bijapur district had a rare opportunity to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Naya Raipur. For many, this was their first visit outside Bijapur, providing them a glimpse of the state capital's vibrant life.
The event was attended by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai, Deputy Chief Ministers Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma, and Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap. Shah interacted with the youths, inquiring about their well-being and extending best wishes for their future.
During their Raipur visit, the youths explored significant landmarks including Purkhauti Muktangan, Mahanadi Bhavan, Mevan Steel Plant, Magneto Mall, the International Cricket Stadium, and Raipur Railway Station. They arrived on August 23 and will return after visiting Gangrel Dam.
The surrounding villages of Palnar Camp benefit from the Niyad Nellanar Scheme, providing essential infrastructure. The scheme covers 33 villages, fostering development and introducing youths to industrial growth and employment opportunities in Raipur.
This exposure inspired the youths, boosting their enthusiasm for livelihood opportunities and brighter futures.
