A firing incident took place at a cafe restaurant in the Satya Niketan area of Delhi on Sunday, officials reported. The Delhi Police stated that an altercation between patrons and the cafe manager about a table escalated into gunfire.
Witnesses said individuals from Jahangirpuri produced a pistol and fired shots in the air during the argument with the manager over the seating arrangement. Law enforcement officers have detained one suspect, and efforts are currently underway to apprehend the remaining individuals involved.
As investigations continue, officials have disclosed that more details are expected. Coincidentally, another firing incident was reported earlier in Mukherjee Nagar, where miscreants targeted a jewelry store, demanding Rs 1 crore in ransom and issuing threats of violence. Police are investigating both incidents.
