Former Chief Minister Champai Soren, a prominent leader of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), has pledged to work for the upliftment of the tribal and poor communities in Jharkhand. Speaking at a gathering in Seraikela Kharsawan, Soren vowed to bring about meaningful changes that would enhance prosperity and respect for the state's residents on a national level.

'In the coming days, I will work for the tribal and poor people in such a way that I will give a new identity to Jharkhand in the country. I will work for the prosperity and respect of the people of Jharkhand,' Soren declared, stressing his commitment to the state's progress. He clarified that while there is a possibility of forming a new party, he holds no ill will towards his former organization.

Soren mentioned that the decision to create a new party was motivated by thousands of workers from across Jharkhand expressing interest in collaborating. If a suitable ally is found before the elections, a partnership will be considered. 'We have started our journey alone; we have no ill will towards the organization. New chapters will be added, and we will move forward with renewed strength. Thousands of workers from different areas contacted me, expressing their desire to work together. That is why we have decided to form an organization. If we find a good ally before the elections, we will also consider a partnership,' Soren said.

On Thursday, Soren announced his plans to re-enter Jharkhand politics by forming a new organization. 'Today, I visited three districts, including Seraikela and Chaibasa. It was the second day of my new chapter's tour. Everything is progressing well, and the public is joining us. I will actively re-enter Jharkhand politics. I will form an organization and seek potential allies before the Assembly elections. I will reveal everything within a week,' he told ANI.

As Jharkhand gears up for its 2024 Assembly elections, the political scene is heating up, with all eyes on Champai Soren and his next strategic move.
