Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, during a meeting in Shimla on Tuesday, announced the forthcoming launch of 'Him-access,' an integrated online platform aimed at revolutionizing citizen services by amalgamating all government social security schemes. According to an official press release, 'Him-access' will provide single-click access to 261 services, enhancing data accuracy and consistency across state applications. The platform is scheduled to launch in October and will replace the e-district portal for these services.

Furthermore, Sukhu instructed the development of dedicated websites for Milkfed and Natural Farming, emphasizing the pivotal role of modern technology in enhancing departmental functions for efficiency and transparency. By integrating advanced digital tools, the state government aims to facilitate quick, transparent, and citizen-centric service delivery.

Additionally, the Chief Minister pointed out that the use of technology would minimize human errors, improve data management, and foster greater transparency and accountability. He also hinted at strengthening the Mukhya Mantri Sewa Sankalp Helpline and introducing a chatbot to further enhance public services. Prominent attendees of the meeting included Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister (IT and Innovation) Gokul Butail, Secretary Priyatu Mandal, Secretary to the Chief Minister Rakesh Kanwar, and Director of Digital Technologies and Governance Nipun Jindal.
