Plutus Wealth Management Sells Stakes in Ami Organics and Restaurant Brands Asia for Rs 298 Crore
On Thursday, Plutus Wealth Management sold shares worth Rs 298 crore in Ami Organics and Restaurant Brands Asia via open market transactions. SBI Mutual Fund and HDFC MF acquired stakes in these companies. The deal saw Plutus offloading shares amounting to 2.89% in RBA and 2.44% in Ami Organics.
Plutus Wealth Management sold shares worth Rs 298 crore in Ami Organics and Restaurant Brands Asia through open market transactions on Thursday. The move saw SBI Mutual Fund and HDFC MF acquiring notable stakes in these companies.
According to bulk deal data from BSE, Plutus offloaded 1.44 crore shares, representing a 2.89% stake in Restaurant Brands Asia, alongside 10 lakh shares or a 2.44% stake in Ami Organics. The shares were sold within the price range of Rs 113 to Rs 1,350 each, accumulating a total deal value close to Rs 297.72 crore.
As of June end, Plutus held a 6.58% stake in Restaurant Brands Asia and 4.06% in Ami Organics. Meanwhile, SBI MF acquired 11.62 lakh shares or a 2.8% stake in Ami Organics at an average price of Rs 1,350, bringing their deal's worth to Rs 156.90 crore. HDFC MF purchased over 1.24 crore shares or a 2.5% stake in RBA at an average price of Rs 113, amassing a total deal size of Rs 140.53 crore. Shares of RBA closed up 2.68% at Rs 110.90, while Ami Organics rose 1.04% to end at Rs 1,350 apiece.
