During a press briefing, NITI Aayog member Ramesh Chand highlighted the historical significance of the conference, noting it will be the first such summit in India since 1958. The event will place a particular emphasis on the evolving food system.
With 925 registrants and 60-65 participating students, the conference aims to offer young researchers a valuable platform to connect with global delegates and discuss key agricultural economics issues.
