Dr. Basant Goel Honored with Bharat Kirtimaan Alankaran at International Excellence Awards 2024

Dr. Basant Goel received the prestigious 'Bharat Kirtimaan Alankaran' award at the International Excellence Awards 2024 by World Book of Records. Held at the House of Commons, London, the recognition celebrates his contributions to pharmacy and social welfare, including organizing record-breaking blood donation camps and mass weddings.

Dr. Basant Goel has been honored with the prestigious 'Bharat Kirtimaan Alankaran' award at the International Excellence Awards 2024, organized by the World Book of Records. The ceremony, held on July 18, 2024, took place at the Churchill Room, House of Commons, Palace of Westminster, London.

The World Book of Records, dedicated to recognizing extraordinary achievements across various domains, acknowledged Dr. Goel's significant contributions to pharmacy and societal welfare. The PMO and government ministers had recommended this accolade, underscoring the importance of his work.

In his acceptance speech, Dr. Goel expressed deep gratitude and emphasized that such recognition motivates him to continue working for society and humanity. He highlighted his critical initiatives, including organizing a mass wedding for 51 economically disadvantaged couples and setting multiple blood donation records.

Dr. Goel is the chairman of the Mission Sarvarth Seva Foundation and annually organizes blood donation camps. Last year, his foundation set records in multiple books for the most blood donations in 24 hours. On his birthday, July 6, 2024, he organized another mega blood camp, collecting 2,962 units of blood and setting new records.

Dr. Basant Goel holds doctorates from Royal American University and American East Coast University, U.S.A., highlighting his extensive expertise and dedication to humanitarian efforts. His leadership continues to impact both India and the global community significantly.
