The regional event of the 'Hamara Samvidhan Hamara Samman' campaign, organized under the DISHA scheme by the Department of Justice, will take place in Prayagraj on July 16, 2024. This event is part of a year-long celebration marking the 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution and Republic of India.

Pro bono advocates from the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, recognized under the Nyaya Bandhu programme, will be honored for their contributions to pro bono services. The event will also inaugurate the 'Hamara Samvidhan Hamara Samman' portal aimed at enhancing public awareness of constitutional and legal rights.

The portal will serve as a knowledge repository and provide interactive tools and an event calendar to encourage community participation. Notable attendees include Minister of State for Law and Justice Arun Ram Meghwal and Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court Justice Arun Bhansali. Approximately 800 participants, including advocates, judicial officers, and students, are expected, along with a digital audience.
