Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav and his family attended the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai on July 12. Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav, accompanied by his family, graced the 'Shubh Aashirwad' ceremony of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai on Saturday.

Anant Ambani, youngest son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, tied the knot with Radhika Merchant, daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, in a lavish wedding attended by numerous international celebrities and high-profile dignitaries from Bollywood, business, and politics on July 12. Notable attendees included Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and global icon Kim Kardashian.

Radhika Merchant stood out throughout the celebrations with her exceptional style, particularly during her vidai ceremony where she wore a grand sindoori red ensemble by designer Manish Malhotra, complemented by a Banarasi silk dupatta and a dramatic train. Her regal look was further accentuated by heirloom jewellery adorned with gold, diamonds, and emeralds.

The wedding festivities will continue with the 'Mangal Utsav,' the grand reception slated for July 14 at the Jio World Convention Centre.
