Four individuals, including a minor, have been apprehended in connection with an extortion case targeting a gym owner, according to official sources. The suspects, affiliated with the Gogi-Deepak Boxer-Sunny Kakran gang, allegedly fired shots at the gym owner in Burari.

DCP North, Manoj Kumar Meena, revealed further details, stating, 'We received a call at 10 pm reporting that a bullet was fired in the air and threats were made. Two suspects who fired the shots fled the scene, stealing a laborer's motorcycle in the process. CCTV footage and technical intelligence led to the identification and arrest of four individuals, including a juvenile.'

'Among those arrested, Nikhil has prior charges for murder and attempted murder from 2022, while Mohit has two robbery cases from the same year. Gagandeep was arrested for providing shelter to the suspects,' Meena added. 'A new legal provision treating the involvement of juveniles in crimes as a separate offense has been applied in this case, imposing penalties on the juvenile and those who incited them.'
