Russia's agricultural watchdog said on Wednesday it has granted a phytosanitary certificate to the last of four vessels of trader Rodnie Polya with wheat for Egypt's GASC that had been awaiting clearance.
Rodnie Polya was formerly known as TD RIF. The bulk carrier WADI TIBA with 63,000 tonnes of wheat on board received the phytosanitary certificate after waiting for several weeks, and was able to leave the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk, a company source said.
One more Rodnie Polya vessel for a buyer other than GASC is still awaiting clearance at a Russian port.
