The shooting of viruses is also directed to other prisoners.

Anime lovers will be amazed to see in One Piece Chapter 949 that Luffy and other members are wreaking havoc to send a notion and give all the prisoners a ray of hope that Wano can still be protected from the ill-clutches of Shogun Orachi and Emperor Kaido.
