One Punch Man Season 2 episode 3 titled ‘The Hunt Begins’ (Kari no Hajimari) was aired April 24. The first three episodes are currently available on Hulu. When will episode 4 will be released? We also have come to know that the series has made plenty of changes which we will discuss here.

One Punch Man Season 2 episode 4 will be released on May 1. Titled ‘Metal Bat’ (Kinzoku no Batto), the episode 4’s preview shows Saitama disguising himself as Charanko to enter a fighting tournament in an attempt to ‘see what this martial arts thing is all about’.

In the previous episode of One Punch Man Season 2, we got to see Garou going after the heroes as he wants to have a strong opponent. Even who are S Class are not able to leave a huge impact on Garou as he seeks someone genuinely stronger than him who can challenge him. Garou is undeniably strong enough, but the question is whether he is closer to Saitama’s level or not.

As we had seen in the previous season of One Punch Man that the protagonist Saitama became fed up due to the scarcity of vigorous opponents who could continue confronting his powerful punches. He (Saitama) also got a description in the trailer ‘The Man Who Became Too Strong’.

In January this year, Viz Media dropped a trailer with a description of Garou read ‘A Shadowy Man Who Confronts the Heroes’. In the trailer, he was observed pitching a note ‘Time to carry out evil – This’ll be a slaughter party’ with a sarcastic smile. That time the viewers already got a hint that this time the antagonist is vowed to be in a hero-hunting mission and transmute it into a ‘slaughter party’.

Each new episode of One Punch Man Season 2 has introduced Garou growing big in power. The previous episode featured him as a big hero hunt and we all had seen his exclusive fighting skill and personality. But one of his appearances in the manga has been altered from the way the scene was portrayed in the anime series. He sticks up the middle finger as an insult in Chapter 49 of One Punch Man manga, but Season 3 showed him showing a thumbs-down gesture. Many are saying this has been changed due to censorship.

Don’t miss the airing of One Punch Man Season 2 episode 4 titled ‘Metal Bat’ (Kinzoku no Batto) on May 1.
