Song Joong-Ki and Song Hye-Kyo tied the knot on October 31, 2017 after announcing through their respective agencies on July 5, 2017 that they were engaged. Currently, they are encircled with divorce rumours and many outlets are fuelling the speculation that the beautiful young couple is going to be legally separated.
Song Joong-Ki and Song Hye-Kyo’s divorce rumours started to rise in February when the 37-year old actress removed multiple snaps from her personal Instagram account. Even she was once without her wedding ring before flying to Singapore. After that Chinese media outlet screamed claiming that the couple got separated but soon after it was highly criticized for stating such malicious rumours. "Stop the bullsh*t when they're doing well," "Trash reporters," "This is nonsense" etc. – these are the comments received from their various fans across the planet.
Song Hye-Kyo is expected to live separately away from her love, Song Joong-Ki for a few months as she has signed a contract with the production house owned by director Wong Kar Wai. The famous Chinese director Wong Kar Wai owns the production company that was behind the 2013 hit film titled The Grandmaster. She has expressed her interest to work on more projects with Chinese filmmakers, saying, “I want to work on more projects with Chinese directors and actors.”
On the other hand, her beloved hubby, Song Joong-Ki will return to the small screens with tvN’s drama titled Arthdal Chronicles. tvN recently dropped a series of snaps for the actor’s first look in the drama. If you look at the picture, you will be surprised to see the 33-year old actor doing such kind of typical role of a primitive warrior.
The actor’s manliness absolutely shrines in every photograph. Despite his messy hair and dishevelled look according to his character as a tribal fighter, fans are thrilled by his appearance and feeling excited to have him on the screens. Directed by Kim Won-seok, Arthdal Chronicles is set to premiere on June 1 this year on tvN.
