Booked through 'Your Tripmate', the tourists encountered trouble during a dinner stop at Jyoti Dhaba, culminating in a police intervention.
A coordinated effort ensured a full refund of Rs 1.14 lakh, with police facilitating food, lodging, and the group's onward journey. The accused guide faced charges under the Police Act.
