Renowned Indian photographer Raghu Rai, celebrated for capturing India's diverse landscapes and moods through his camera, passed away at a private hospital on Sunday at the age of 83.
According to his son, Nitin Rai, the iconic photographer initially overcame prostate cancer, but the disease spread first to his stomach and then to his brain, compounded by his age.
Rai leaves behind his wife, Gurmeet, and children, with his last rites scheduled for 4 PM Sunday at the Lodhi Crematorium.
