During the recent Brahmotsavams at Tirumala, an impressive six lakh devotees collectively offered more than Rs 25 crore, underscoring the event's spiritual and cultural significance. These offerings, collected over an eight-day period, were made in the hundi, a traditional donation box, according to BR Naidu, the chairman of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.

Speaking from Annamayya Bhavan, Naidu highlighted the immense scale of the festival, where over 26 lakh devotees partook in annaprasadam, 2.4 lakh participated in tonsuring rituals, and 28 lakh laddus were sold. The festival also showcased performances by 6,976 artists from 298 troupes across 28 states.

The Brahmotsavams were further adorned by elaborate decorations involving 60 tonnes of flowers, complemented by four lakh cut flowers and 90,000 seasonal blooms, elevating the devotional ambiance at this much-anticipated annual gathering.
