In a fervent plea for justice, Satish Salian, the father of the late celebrity manager Disha Salian, has petitioned the Bombay High Court for a fresh investigation into her tragic demise nearly five years ago. The appeal comes as Salian files a new complaint with the Mumbai Police Commissioner, demanding an FIR against notable figures such as Aaditya Thackeray, former police commissioner Parambir Singh, officer Sachin Vaze, and actor Aditya Pancholi, accusing them of gang rape and murder related to his daughter's death. His advocate, Nilesh Ojha, has confirmed that the complaint has been accepted by the Joint Commissioner of Police.

Satish Salian, in his revelation to ANI, expressed that he had been previously deceived into believing his daughter's death was a suicide. He recounted a visit from former Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar, who supposedly assured him that misleading media coverage would be addressed. Salian was informed by police that they had call records and details of Disha's last movements, leading him to initially accept the suicide narrative.

The timing of Salian's renewed call for justice coincides with the reported closure by the CBI of the investigation into the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput in 2020, which has further fueled speculations. Disha Salian passed away on June 8, 2020, just days before Rajput allegedly took his own life, adding a layer of controversy and requests for clarity in both cases.
