Following his debut success, designer-turned-artist Jenjum Gadi unveils 'Transcendent Memories,' his second solo exhibition exploring heritage through craftsmanship. Opening on March 28 at Bikaner House, the exhibition showcases Gadi's expertise in repoussé brasswork, reimagining Pichwai paintings with a modern sculptural twist.
Gadi collaborates with master artisans, creating brass works that merge personal devotion and tradition. His pieces reflect a reverence for Lord Krishna and nature, embodying stories through sculpted forms that mimic the meditative art of embroidery, where each detail transforms everyday objects into spiritual narratives.
Accompanying Gadi's work, the show features artifacts from Vayu – Design for Living, emphasizing India's heritage in textiles, metalwork, and sculpture. This collection fosters dialogue between past and present, merging personal and collective memories to present an evolving artistic expression until the exhibition closes on March 31.
