Nicholas Hoult is set to feature in an untitled bank heist thriller directed by David Leitch for Amazon MGM and Imagine Entertainment. The plot, written by Mark Bianculli, is tightly under wraps, with shooting to begin in the summer. Also, Hoult will appear as Lex Luthor in 'Superman.'

Nicholas Hoult, famed for his performance in ''The Favourite,'' is gearing up to feature in a thrilling new project directed by David Leitch. The film, which has yet to be titled, is set to be a bank heist epic backed by Amazon MGM and Imagine Entertainment.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the screenplay, penned by Mark Bianculli, remains a well-guarded secret. The forthcoming film will see a theatrical release, with filming scheduled to kick off this summer. David Leitch collaborates with his wife Kelly McCormick under their 87North production company, along with Imagine's Brian Grazer, Jeb Brody, and Allan Mandelbaum.

Meanwhile, Hoult continues to expand his impressive filmography. He has worked on ''Nosferatu'' with director Robert Eggers and will soon appear as the iconic villain Lex Luthor in the next 'Superman' installment.
