Comedian and YouTuber Samay Raina appeared before Maharashtra Cyber Cell on Monday, summoned to provide his statement in the ongoing 'India's Got Latent' case. The summons are part of a broader investigation into allegations of obscenity tied to the show.

Raina's India tour has been rescheduled amidst the controversy surrounding the YouTube show. The comedian reached out to fans via Instagram, assuring ticket holders of refunds without delay. The rescheduling follows an FIR charging Raina and fellow YouTubers with promoting obscene content.

According to legal sources, the FIR has prompted several YouTubers, including Ashish Chanchlani, Ranveer Allahbadia, and Apoorva Makhija, to appear before crime branches. Nevertheless, the legal repercussions continue with new developments expected as the Maharashtra Cyber Cell proceeds with the investigation.
