Celebratory events included the presentation of new Colours by Lt Gen M K Katiyar at the Cariappa Parade Ground and a tribute ceremony with veterans in Jammu and Kashmir. These activities celebrated the 'Prachand Paanch' battalion's rich heritage and the unwavering commitment of its members to the nation's defense.
