Agoda has released its list of budget-friendly travel destinations for April and May 2025. Phong Nha, Vietnam, Tirupati, India, and Hat Yai, Thailand top the list as the most affordable and culturally rich locations. These destinations offer travelers a mix of scenic beauty, culture, cuisine, and activities.

Digital travel platform Agoda has announced the most economical travel destinations for spring 2025, spotlighting budget-friendly options in Asia. Phong Nha in Vietnam, with its lush national parks and grand caves, has emerged as the most affordable destination, boasting room rates at Rs. 2,431 per night.

Tirupati, India, renowned for its iconic Venkateswara Temple and vibrant cultural experiences, follows as a prime budget travel spot with rates averaging Rs. 2,952. Meanwhile, Hat Yai, Thailand, offers travelers a bustling market experience and street food delights for Rs. 3,473 per night.

As chief marketing officer Matteo Frigerio notes, the spring months, such as April and May, are peak travel periods in Asia. However, Agoda's extensive network ensures that affordable travel is accessible to many destinations, even amid high demand. Agoda's ranking is based on average room rates across popular destinations in nine Asian markets.
