Dance Moms Season 8 will be back with Abby Lee Miller soon! Lifetime’s reality television series is one of the most anticipated shows and fans were worried whether or not Season 7 aired in October 2017 marked its end. However, good news is that the 53-year old American dance instructor, choreographer will be back with Season 8.
The filming of Dance Moms Season 8 will start at the end of January. Abby Lee Miller took to Instagram on December 29, 2018 with a surprising message saying “it’s official! We begin the end of Jan!” She also declared her presence in Season 8.
Fans may not know Abby Lee Miller was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma (which is a type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer) after spinal surgery. In the last year, she had dedicated much of her time in physical therapy and relearning how to walk. Despite being reportedly stuck in wheelchair, she is passionate to come back in the reality series. Her fans were highly looking for such an update for a long time after leaving the show in 2017. During that time Dancing with the Stars alum Cheryl Burke replaced Abby Lee Miller she had to deal with her jail terms and legal issues including critical medical situation. And it has been more than four months since she finished chemo.
Many are wondering how Abby Lee Miller will show her physical movements in Dance Moms Season 8 such as dancing as she is already under therapy to regain leg mobility. It is also possible that on her behalf a dance assistant can teach the moves to the participants. Overall her presence and comeback in the reality series is absolutely worth the wait.
