Aero India, the biennial aerospace exhibition, is set to take place in Yelahanka, on the outskirts of Bengaluru, from February 10-14. The event aims to boost India's profile as a defense manufacturing hub, according to a recent announcement by the defense ministry.

The exhibition will feature air displays and static exhibitions, showcasing a wide array of military platforms from the aerospace sector. Themed 'The Runway to a Billion Opportunities', Aero India will provide a venue for forging ties between Indian and foreign firms and exploring new pathways in the global value chain to enhance indigenisation.

The first three days will focus on business engagements, while February 13 and 14 are reserved as public days, allowing the general populace to witness the extensive showcase.
