‘Hunter x Hunter’ lovers have new updates here! Yoshihiro Togashi-written Japanese manga series had no updates for a long time and the anime enthusiasts were absolutely in bewilderment.
According to an announcement of Viz Media, ‘Hunter x Hunter: The Last Mission’ will soon be coming to the theatres in the United States in this month. You can also check the English-dub trailer for the movie in the embedded tweet at the end of this news.
‘Hunter x Hunter: The Last Mission’ is a superhit Japanese animated feature movie first released on December 27, 2013 in theatres across Japan. Directed by ‘Million Doll’, ‘Frame Arms Girl’, and ‘Dragon Collection’s’ director Keiichiro Kawaguchi, the movie will hit the US theatres on Wednesday, January 30.
Based on the recent announcement, we have come to know that Viz Media has ventured into a new partnership with CineLife Entertainment to once again bring the action-packed anime adventure to the anime lovers residing in the US. The information given on CineLife Entertainment’s official website states that it will distribute the movie, in association with Viz Media, to theatres across the US and Canada also.
“In ‘Hunter x Hunter: The Last Mission’, the Battle Olympia tournament at Heaven’s Arena is about to begin! Gon, Killua, Kurapika and Leorio plan on watching the matches along with the other Hunters and VIPs in attendance. As they wait, a raid by The Shadow ends the festivities. Skilled fighters fall one by one to their terrifying ability called On, a dark power derived from malice. When their leader Jed captures Netero and declares death to all Hunters in the name of vengeance, Gon and Killua rush to defeat him!” as stated in the official release by Viz Media.
