In a pioneering move, Reckitt, along with Plan India and OHO Radio, unveiled India's inaugural school radio podcast aimed at tackling climate change. Known as the Dettol Banega Swasth India campaign, this initiative is a stride towards inspiring young minds across Uttarakhand to embrace sustainable living.
Launched at the Raj Bhawan in Dehradun, the podcast aligns with the Government's Mission LiFE curriculum, focusing on eco-friendly practices that contribute to a healthier India. The platform is designed to elevate environmental consciousness among youth while honing their communication skills, positioning them as key advocates for climate resilience.
The podcast, featuring RJ Kaavya, is a concerted effort to galvanize students worldwide. The project's success underscores a significant commitment to environmental education, supported by Uttarakhand's governor, Lt. General Gurmit Singh, and senior Reckitt officials, including Ravi Bhatnagar.
