Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has entered the rental market, leasing out his opulent Mumbai apartment for a starting monthly rate of over Rs 20 lakh, according to real estate consultant Square Yards.
The high-end apartment, which Kapoor co-owns with his wife Mira, was originally purchased in May 2024 for a staggering Rs 58.6 crore. Situated in the 'Three Sixty West' project at Worli, the property features extensive space, including a 5,395-square-foot carpet area and 6,175.42 sq ft of built-up area, plus three car parking slots.
Developed by Oberoi Realty, 'Three Sixty West' offers luxurious apartments across a 1.58-acre site. The lease, registered in November 2024, is secured for a 60-month period with an initial security deposit of Rs 1.23 crore. Starting at Rs 20.5 lakh per month, rent will increase to Rs 23.98 lakh over the next five years, accompanied by a rent-free period for the first 10 months.
