The upcoming Kerala Literature Festival is set to be a significant global event, attracting 500 speakers from 15 different countries, including the UK, USA, France, Germany, and more. Scheduled from January 23 to 26, 2025, in Kozhikode, the event anticipates engaging six lakh visitors in four days of vibrant activities.
Organized by the DC Kizhakemuri Foundation, this year's festival will spotlight a wide array of subjects, ranging from literature to politics and art to science and film. The festival, touted as Asia's largest, aims to foster cross-cultural exchanges and showcase diverse thought and creativity worldwide.
France, as the guest country, will provide visitors with a cultural immersion in its rich literary and artistic traditions. The festival will also feature renowned speakers like Shashi Tharoor and Perumal Murugan, musical performances by artists like Hariprasad Chaurasia, and 'Children's KLF', aimed at inspiring younger audiences.
