'UDBHAV': A Tribute to Culture and Heritage at the EMRS National Fest

The 5th edition of the EMRS National Cultural and Literary Fest, named 'UDBHAV', is set to begin on Monday in Odisha. This event, organized by the Department of STSC Development and other local welfare departments, promises a cultural feast for participants.
Funded by the National Educational Society for Tribal Students, the festival will be inaugurated by dignitaries including Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram. With over 1,300 students and 250 teachers from 22 states expected to attend, the fest aims to provide a national platform for tribal students to display their artistic talents.
The festival will include 47 events ranging from music and dance to storytelling and debate. This year's celebration acts as a tribute to the 150th birth anniversary of tribal leader Birsa Munda. Previous editions took place in Dehradun, Bengaluru, Udaipur, and Jamshedpur.
