Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has unveiled Aakansha Haat 2024 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, a pivotal initiative set to bolster cultural preservation and motivate the younger generation. The program is poised to empower women entrepreneurs across the region, equipping them with essential skills and novel opportunities for business growth.

Adityanath stressed that the event signifies a major stride towards fostering women entrepreneurship in Uttar Pradesh. It offers a prime platform for self-help groups (SHGs) to display their creativity and products, facilitating not only their personal growth but also the recognition of local products at both national and international levels.

The Aakansha Samiti, driven by the Indian Administrative Service Officers' Wives Association of Uttar Pradesh, spearheads this initiative across 75 districts, focusing on women's economic independence. Aakansha Haat 2024 aims to economically strengthen families and communities by providing women with a stage to showcase their products and talents, supporting cultural and economic exchanges.
