The legal woes for two former employees of renowned fashion designer Pallavi Mohan continue as a First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged against them for alleged criminal breach of trust. The allegations include operating a parallel business using Mohan's established brand name and client base to sell their own fashion products, according to submissions made by Delhi Police to the local court.

The investigative police team provided updates to Judicial Magistrate Akshay Sharma on October 18. The court had earlier instructed the police to file a case based on a complaint by Mohan's company, 'Not So Serious Trading LLP'. Despite the urgency of the matter, representatives from the company, Advocates Sumit Gehlot and Nikhil Bhalla, raised concerns over a 13-day delay by the police in registering the FIR from the date of the court order.

The complaint detailed how the accused employees allegedly took clandestine orders from Mohan's clientele. They manufactured high-end garments under the 'Not So Serious' brand, redirecting payments into their own or affiliated accounts. This breach of trust was compounded by accusations of forgery and falsifying records, provoking Mohan's grievances against the delayed police action.
