The Oscar-winning actress will be acknowledged for her compelling role in the film 'Maria,' directed by Pablo Larrain, which narrates the life of iconic opera singer Maria Callas.

The prestigious award ceremony will take place on December 2 at Cipriani Wall Street. Jeffrey Sharp, Executive Director of The Gothams, emphasized Jolie's remarkable ability to transcend mere acting, capturing the essence and artistic complexity of the legendary Callas.
