Celebrating Excellence: Karnataka Rajyotsava Awards 2023

Former Karnataka Chief Minister M. Veerappa Moily and activist B.T. Lalitha Naik are among 69 recipients of the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award. Sculptor Arun Yogiraj and environmentalist Almitra Patil are also honored. Three awardees hail from outside Karnataka, highlighting their diverse contributions.

The distinguished list also includes sculptor Arun Yogiraj, known for his Ram Lalla idol in Ayodhya, and Almitra Patil, a key advocate for solid waste management in Bengaluru.

The awards ceremony will acknowledge 69 achievers across various fields, including three non-Karnataka residents, on November 1, marking the state's formation day.
