Ayodhya Illuminates with Record-Breaking Deepotsav Celebrations

In a spectacular show of devotion and festivity, Ayodhya set a new world record for the eighth Deepotsav. Thousands of earthen lamps illuminated the Saryu River, marking the first celebration since the Ram Temple's consecration earlier this year. The event was spearheaded by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The city's vibrant celebrations saw processions adorned with characters from Ramayan and tableaux depicting episodes from Ramcharitmanas. Dignitaries including Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat participated in the festivities that highlighted the grandeur of Indian tradition and culture.
With performances from various countries and the lighting of over 28 lakh diyas, Ayodhya braced global attention, establishing itself as a hub of cultural celebration. The Uttar Pradesh government facilitated the event with extensive arrangements, reinforcing the state's cultural significance on the international stage.
