Yusuf earned the prestigious Kerala State Film Award for Best Editor in 2022, with noteworthy projects including 'Thallumaala', 'Chaaver', and 'Unda'. His editing talents extended to the highly anticipated films 'Bazooka', starring Mammootty, and 'Kanguva', featuring Tamil superstar Suriya.
