The Ministry of Education has announced an extension for the Yuva Sangam registration deadline, now set at October 25, 2024, responding to high interest levels. Initially closing on October 21, the decision seeks to accommodate heightened registration demand experienced recently.

Originated from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision during the Rashtriya Ekta Divas in 2015, Yuva Sangam is part of the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) initiative launched in 2016. The program strives to create connections among Indian youth aged 18-30 by facilitating cross-cultural engagements.

With 4,795 participants having joined through 114 tours across India, Yuva Sangam continues to illuminate India's diversified heritage. As Phase V unfolds, 20 selected institutions will guide participants through cultural exchanges—infusing learning through tourism, traditions, development, people connections, and technology.
