Tragic Accident: Idol Immersion Celebration Turns Fatal

A fatal accident occurred on the Rasra-Kasimabad highway when a vehicle carrying four men returning from an idol immersion ceremony hit an electric wire. One man, Vishal Sharma, died from electrocution, and three others were injured and hospitalized.

A man tragically lost his life, and three others sustained serious injuries in an electrocution accident on the Rasra-Kasimabad highway, police reported on Sunday.

The incident unfolded on Saturday night as four individuals were returning from an idol immersion event. Rasra area's Circle Officer, Mohammad Fahim Qureshi, confirmed the details.

The group was riding atop a music box on the vehicle when it struck an overhead electric wire. Vishal Sharma, aged 27, was declared dead upon arrival at Rasra's Community Health Centre. The injured survivors are currently receiving treatment at a local hospital, while the deceased's body has been sent for a postmortem examination.
