The city of Mysuru came alive with vibrant celebrations as the grand procession of Vijayadashami marked the culmination of the 10-day-long Mysuru Dasara festivities on Saturday. Residents and visitors gathered in large numbers to witness the iconic 'Jamboo Savari', a breathtaking parade led by elephants.
This year's Dasara, celebrated as 'Nada Habba', showcased Karnataka's cultural richness with a footprint of royalty and tradition. The event was graced by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who alongside Deputy CM D K Shivakumar, performed rituals and greeted the enthusiastic crowd lining the streets.
