The ceremony, led by Anil Kumar, Chief Postmaster General of the Bihar Circle, took place in Patna. Kumar highlighted Tata's invaluable contributions to industry and philanthropy, emphasizing that the cover serves as a tribute and a reminder of Tata's enduring values.
Pawan Kumar, Director of Postal Services (HQ), noted the importance of recognizing figures like Tata to inspire future generations. Meanwhile, Pradeep Jain, a renowned philatelist, described the cover as a landmark collector's item honoring Tata's enduring legacy.
