The ceremony, led by Anil Kumar, Chief Postmaster General of the Bihar Circle, took place in Patna. Kumar highlighted Tata's invaluable contributions to industry and philanthropy, emphasizing that the cover serves as a tribute and a reminder of Tata's enduring values.
