Sean 'Diddy' Combs, the renowned hip-hop mogul, is battling serious legal issues, including allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering. As reported by Page Six, Combs has recently filed a new plea seeking pre-trial release.

Combs' legal team has launched a third appeal with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, challenging the Southern District of New York's decision to deny him bail twice. His attorneys argue for his immediate release on conditions, highlighting what they claim are insufficient grounds for continued detention and errors in the court's previous rulings.

Combs was taken into custody in September and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. He remains at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Prosecutors express concerns over potential witness intimidation and a flight risk due to his financial resources and access to private jets.

The rapper has proposed substantial financial commitments, offering a $50 million bond, his Miami mansion valued at $48 million, and his mother's home as collateral. Diddy has vowed to wear a GPS monitor, restrict his travel, and has indicated a willingness to sell his private plane stationed in Los Angeles.

The defence contends that prosecutors have provided only vague and speculative evidence against him. Combs was notably arrested amid a federal sex trafficking investigation in New York City last month.
