The Bihar Postal Circle has unveiled a Permanent Pictorial Cancellation (PPC) spotlighting the 'Takhat Sri Harimandir Ji Patna Sahib', as part of the World Postal Week festivities.

This PPC, introduced by Chief Postmaster General Anil Kumar, celebrates one of the five key Sikh temporal seats, known as the birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh.

This initiative is part of the Circle's broader philatelic efforts to reach the public, alongside district-level exhibitions and themes like Gaya and Nalanda University.
